Returns, Exchanges and Price Adjustments

SoftSurroundings.com Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our products are designed with care to meet our quality standards and your quality expectations. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Soft Surroundings will accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns Made Easy

Sometimes things don’t work out. When that happens, making a return should be as easy as making a purchase. We offer convenient options for returning items to us.

For a Quicker Refund

No Box? No Printer? Choose this option.

  1. Start your return here and choose the Authorized Drop-Off Location option to receive a mobile code and further directions. No box or label needed.
  2. Select from Fed Ex and Kohls drop-off locations near you.
  3. Your refund will be initiated upon drop-off. (Returns processing fee of $9.95, and any applicable sales tax will be deducted from the refund on your original method of payment.)

Return with USPS

You’ll need to package & print label

  1. Start your return online here to receive a USPS mailing label via email to ship your items.
  2. Use the original packaging, print out and apply the label provided, and select a USPS location near you for drop off.
  3. We’ll send an email when your items have been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. (Returns processing fee of $9.95, and any applicable sales tax will be deducted from the refund on your original method of payment.)

Exchanges

Price Adjustments

We will gladly adjust the price of an item if it is reduced within 14 days of your original purchase. A one-time price adjustment may be made on sale- or full-price merchandise. To request a price adjustment, email us at customerservice@softsurroundings.com or call 1-800-240-7076.

Final Sale Policy

Any items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange or return. Please note that final sale items, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
