As we continue to encounter global supply chain challenges, you may notice delivery delays with select styles. Especially around the holidays, we recommend that you shop early to ensure you receive your seasonal must-haves and gifts on time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please contact us by phone or email, and we will make every effort to assist you. Due to the quick processing times at our distribution center, we are often unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. Please contact customer service should you have any questions.

Items not included in the return authorization will be forfeited.

In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. For same day shipping, choose 3-Day Air or Next Day Air.

Standard Shipping

Standard delivery applies to the continental U.S. only. In-stock items shipped via standard delivery usually ship within 1-2 days and typically arrive within 4-8 business days of when the order is shipped. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm ET, excluding the following Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day.

  • Soft Surroundings ships to most U.S. zip codes, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and MIlitary APO/FPO addresses
  • Expedited (3-Day and Next-Day) shipping options may be restricted in some locations
  • At this time, we are not able to ship to Canada or other non- U.S. addresses.

Expedited Shipping

Your order must be received and processed by 11:59 PM EST for same day shipping on expedited delivery.

FedEx Express delivers expedited shipments Monday through Friday.

  • Can I specifically request Saturday delivery?
    No, we are unable to specifically set your delivery for Saturday.

  • Can I ship to a PO Box?
    Yes, your package will be delivered with standard delivery in partnership with the US Postal Service.

  • Can I ship to an APO or FPO address?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO and FPO destinations at this time.

  • Can I ship to an international destination?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.

  • How can I track my order?
    Check your Order Status to receive your expected shipping date and tracking number. Please note that it could take up to 48 hours for the carrier to scan your order into their tracking system for shipping updates.

  • When will my order ship and how will I know it has been shipped?
    All in-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. We will send you an order confirmation once your order shipped. Please note that it could take up to 48 hours for the carrier to scan your order into their tracking system for shipping updates.

  • Why is my tracking status not updating or my package not moving?
    Shipments receive updates at various points in their journeys between pickup and delivery. The frequency of scans varies. It is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update on its way, especially during periods of long travel.

  • My package shows delivered, but I have not received it. Where is my package?
    Usually your package will be delivered on time, but sometimes the tracking may show delivered and you have not yet received it. We recommend checking around your delivery location and with neighbors. There are times that the carrier will mark will a package as delivered in error. This is often resolved by the end of the day and almost always within 2 days. If you have not received your package within 2 days of it being marked as delivered, please contact us.

  • What do I do if my package delivered incorrect or damaged?
    If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email us or call 1-800-240-7076 (toll free) with your order information and we will be happy to correct the issue.
